In today’s world of evolving digital threats, we prioritize safeguarding sensitive information. To uphold our commitment to top-notch cybersecurity, we have revamped our DCX Cybersecurity Training program for all employees.
New employees will receive primary training during the DCX New Employee Orientation. Additionally, they will complete weekly micro-trainings with quizzes, each lasting 3–5 minutes.
Our comprehensive curriculum includes:
- Essential knowledge for secure digital navigation
- How to avoid cybersecurity attacks
- Awareness of the latest cybersecurity trends
- Proper handling of unfamiliar or suspicious emails
- Random phishing simulations
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Cybersecurity Training
Each DCX employee will have an Employee Secure Score (ESS) based on their performance, monitored by our IT team. Employees must maintain an ESS in good standing.
