Facilis Syncore Training

Through our Facilis partnership, DCX covers the cost of all new Team Member’s Syncore training for either Sales Assistant, CSR, or Finance roles.

Below is an overview of each of these training programs that are facilitated by Facilisgroup Trainers.


1. CSR New User Training Online 

This online training course will guide your new CSRs through comprehensive customer service training in the Syncore system.

Participants will work in the Facilis University learning environment and Syncore to complete self-paced learning exercises. Live webinars will be hosted by our Facilisgroup Trainers to reinforce best practices and provide participants with the opportunity to further their learning.

Topics covered include: 

  • Facilisgroup workflow overview 
  • How to navigate and properly utilize the system 
  • Review of Facilisgroup best practices 
  • Utilize the job tracking queue effectively 
  • Create and manage purchase orders 
  • Systematic approach to deliver orders accurately and on time 
  • Provide a consistent customer experience 
  • Handle exceptions (back orders, credit memos, cancelled orders) 

Daily Training Schedule: 

​To plan the week, ensure time is allocated to complete the self-paced learning prior to each webinar. Overall time commitment for the week is 5 hours of self-paced learning plus 2 webinars for a total of 7 hours.   


2. Finance New User Training Online 

This online training course will guide your new Finance hires through comprehensive finance training in the Syncore system.

Participants will work in the Facilis University learning environment and Syncore to complete self-paced learning exercises. Live webinars will be hosted by our Facilisgroup Trainers to reinforce best practices and provide participants with the opportunity to further their learning.

Topics covered include: 

  • Facilisgroup workflow overview 
  • How to navigate and properly utilize the system 
  • Review of Facilisgroup best practices 
  • How to invoice your clients & receive payments 
  • How to vouch & pay your suppliers 
  • Month end process (batch posting entries to your accounting system) 
  • Manage commission accounts  
  • Systematic approach to optimizing cashflow 

Daily Training Schedule: 

To plan the week, ensure time is allocated to complete the self-paced learning prior to each webinar. Overall time commitment for the week is 9 hours of self-paced learning plus 3 webinars for a total of 12 hours.   


3. Sales New User Training Online 

This online training course will guide your new Sales Rep through comprehensive sales training in the Syncore system.

Participants will work in the Facilis University learning environment and Syncore to complete self-paced learning exercises. Live webinars will be hosted by our Facilisgroup Trainers to reinforce best practices and provide participants with the opportunity to further their learning. 

 

Topics covered include: 

  • Facilisgroup workflow overview & best practices 
  • How to navigate and properly utilize the system 
  • Create and manage contacts 
  • Utilize sales tools (Opportunities, proposals, quotes) 
  • Write accurate orders 
  • CRM to maximize client engagement 
  • Systematic approach to maximize selling time 
  • Maintain and grow your book of business with NBD 
  • The Signature Collection to enhance the personal shopping experience and utilize marketing tools 

Daily Training Schedule: 

To plan the week, ensure time is allocated to complete the self-paced learning prior to each webinar. Overall time commitment for the week is 6 hours of self-paced learning plus 3 webinars for a total of 9 hours.
