What is NEO/PBOT and why am I billed for the first day?

We invest in structured New Employee Orientation (NEO) for every new hire, and additionally, Promotional Business Overview Training (PBOT) for every new Promo hire. It ensures strong onboarding and long-term success. This full-day training is billed as Day 1 of their employment.
