How Does the DCX Monthly Fee Break Down?

You may have questions regarding the DCX monthly fee, and how that gets distributed between team member salary and other costs.

- Approx. 60 - 65% goes to Total Employee Compensation, Bonuses and Health Benefits, and HR Costs and Programs. See more details on these programs and benefits here. 
- Approx. 35 - 40% goes to General Business Running Costs (including the US Team and PH Team Leads), Additional Incentives, Company Events, and Net Profit.
