DCX knows that team members may experience rare instances of power outages related to the rainy season or extreme heat; however, they are usually brief in duration (less than 2 hours) and confined to the months of June - October. Often, team members can make slight adjustments to complete work.
In addition, we gather extensive data about power outages specific to location and duration and are committed to providing the best possible communication to our US clients.
