What is DCX Promo Support?

DCX Promo Support is just one of several offerings included in our DCX Team Member Tool Kit.   Promo Support is led by our resident Talent Improvement Manager who comes to DCX with 10+ Years of industry experience.   Sessions aim to enrich skillsets by providing insights into industry dynamics, best practices, and effective strategies for task quality and speed improvement.  

When: Promo Support Sessions are being conducted from Monday-Friday, 30 minutes per session.
