We understand that there are unique differences between each role provided through DCX and for every client the evaluation process can look a bit different.  For companies who are new to evaluations we are happy to share a little more about DCX team member evaluations and offer a simplistic, yet effective tool, you can utilize with your team members.

DCX conducts quarterly performance evaluations for each and every team member.   These evaluations are done by both our internal Team Leads as well by our clients through our quarterly CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Surveys).  This process helps us identify and celebrate our team members' strengths while also highlighting areas for improvement. By recognizing both aspects, we ensure our team is always evolving to exceed expectations.
