      How does my team member install a software program onto their DCX PC?

      DCX Computer Software Installations

      Your DCX Team Member may independently download programs to their PC.  If the software is not whitelisted it will be blocked by DCX IT. 

      In this case you can directly email support@delegatecx.com and provide the following details:

      • Name of the software
      • Copy of the installer/link to the software

      The Support team will then be back in touch with you as soon as possible.
