I'd like to provide an increase in salary to my team member. What do I do next?

Over 50% of our client partners have rewarded their hard-working Team Members with salary increases to date.  Even small increases can show gratitude and an investment to the longevity of a team member's service.   These might be coupled with steps in career growth and additional responsibilities where applicable.  

Typically, increases are given to team members in the form of a monthly increase in pay.  Amounts such as $100 / month can go a long way!
