What is the most efficient way to give my DCX Team Member a bonus or gift card?

DCX has created a Gift Card and Bonus website for clients to show appreciation.

DCX has created a simple way for you to extend your appreciation to our employees based in the Philippines.

Then, you have two (2) options to choose from:
1. Gift Card
2. Team Member Bonus
Your team member will receive their gift cards and bonuses within 1–2 weeks. 
 

Note: 15% will be added to cover applicable payroll taxes and/or processing fees. Please note that these are standard costs incurred in the Philippines by DCX as the employer of record, they are separate from the taxes that your team member has to pay as an individual.
