      What is the most efficient way to give my DCX Team Member a bonus or gift card?

      DCX has created a Gift Card and Bonus website for clients to show appreciation.

      DCX has created a simple way for you to extend your appreciation to our employees based in the Philippines.

      Then, you have two (2) options to choose from:
      1. Gift Card
      2. Team Member Bonus
      Your team member will receive their gift cards and bonuses within 1–2 weeks. 

      Note: There will be a 15% service fee that will be applied to cover applicable payroll taxes and/or processing fees.
