How do I reward my DCX Team Member with a Bonus, Raise or Gift Card?

DCX would like to help our clients navigate the process of rewarding our Team Members.

How much and when should I reward my team members?

We typically see gift cards and bonuses as a reward for meeting incentives and completing projects, in addition to birthdays, anniversaries and at the end of a quarter.  Additionally, raises to celebrate overall performance or additional responsibilities typically range from $50-200 USD a month, though a little can go a long way.  When considering timelines, a suggestion is to do so in the same manner you would for US employees.  


Does DCX provide raises or bonuses for our team members?


DCX does provides salary increases as well as additional incentives. However, we've seen first-hand that when both DCX and our clients invest in our team members, retention rates increase as well as overall employee satisfaction. We have many ways to reward team members, from gift cards to bonuses or even raises.  We've done the research and compiled recommendations as to how and when you might reward your team members.
