My team member is not online and I want to be sure all is okay.

What can you do if your team member isn't responding?

It can be frustrating to not hear from your team member or to not see that they are online.  While this is rare, there is typically a good explanation.

These occurrences usually occur when there is an unforeseen event such as a power or internet outage, often caused by factors related to weather.  The good news is that these are short lived and your Team Lead can help verify if needed.  

We highly advise you to contact either the Team Lead or your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
