      My team member has shared that she is pregnant and will be taking maternity leave. What happens next?

      Summary of the DCX Maternity Leave Policy

      Please see below for government requirements in the Philippines.  DCX supports these dates and will work with all clients to have sufficient support during periods of maternity leave.

      105 days Normal/CS Delivery (3.5 months)
      120 days Normal/CS Delivery Solo Parent (4 months)
      60 days for Miscarriage (2 months)
