Does DCX support a paternity leave policy?
Paternity leave benefits are leave credits extended to married male employees “for purposes of enabling him to effectively lend support to his wife during her period of recovery and/or in the nursing of the newly-born child”
This leave credit is not billable to our clients, hence, this will be covered by DCX. However, before they can obtain this leave benefit, there are specific requirements and processes that they must adhere to.
