What should I do when something feels "off" as it relates to communication from my DCX Team Member?

While rare, there may be times when you get a sense that something feels off with your team member. What should you do?

While uncommon, it isn't entirely unheard of for a DCX Team Member to communicate in a manner which raises a red flag.  If you have reason to think that DCX Team Member communication is odd or not what you have come to expect please reach out to your DCX Customer Success Manager and Team Lead.   Together, they can help to determine what steps should follow in addition to providing guidace to you, the client.
