What is the DCX policy for team member overtime?

Is there a formal policy for team member overtime?

DCX has expectations for both parties (Client and Team Member) to be in agreement for any overtime worked and that 20 hours per week would be the maximum allotment. 

Team members are paid an overtime rate for work performed beyond the contracted 8-hours a day.

  • Regular OT hourly rate: 125% of the hourly rate
