What is the DCX PTO policy for Team Members?

Explanation of the DCX PTO policy.

Here's a summary that outlines the policies and guidelines related to time off, leave benefits, and holiday practices for DCX team members.
  1. PTO Accrual:
DCX team members accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) at a rate of 1 day (8 hours) per month.
  2. PTO Utilization:

•PTO can be used for planned leaves, sick days, Philippine holidays, etc.

•Team members must request PTO from their team lead, who will then seek client approval.

•All planned requests must be communicated to the client at least 5 days in advance and must be approved.

  3. Delegate CX Service Incentive Leave (SIL):

•Active team members who reach their work anniversary with DCX receive an additional 5 days of SIL.

•SIL may only be used after all PTO has been used.

    •SIL is non-billable to clients.

  4. Conversion Option:

Team members can convert up 7 PTO days and 5 SIL days into cash at year-end.

  5. Carryover Option:

•A maximum of 7 unused PTO days (or fewer if less remain) may be carried over to the next year.

•Carryover must be used by March 31 of the following year, or it will be forfeited.

  6. Client holidays and exceptions:

•Clients are encouraged to allow their DCX team member(s) to follow the client’s holiday calendar. These days are considered Client Approved Paid Time Off (CAPTO). DCX team members will be compensated at their standard rate, and the time will be billed as normal on the monthly invoice.

•Any client-approved schedule exceptions (e.g., extended holiday leave, early outs, summer hours) are also treated as CAPTO. DCX team members will be compensated at their standard rate, and the time will be billed as normal.
