What is the DCX PTO policy for Team Members?

Explanation of the DCX PTO policy.

 
Here's a summary of the DCX PTO Policy for our team members:
  1. PTO Accrual:
    PH Team Members earn PTO at a rate of 1 day (8 hrs.) per month when hired by US clients.

  2. PTO Utilization:

    1. US Holidays:
      It is suggested to allow your Philippine employees to have the day(s) off for US Holidays that you would allow your US employees to observe.  The majority of our DCX Clients operate in this regard.

    2. PH Holidays:
      Team members can request to use their accrued PTO for PH Holidays if desired.
      All requests must be communicated to the client at least 5 days prior, and PTO must be approved.

  3. Delegate CX Service Incentive Leave (SIL):
    - Active team members reaching their work anniversary with DCX receive an additional 5 days of SIL.
    - SILs can be utilized after exhausting PTO credits.
    - SILs are non-billable to clients.

  4. Conversion Option:
    Team members can convert a maximum of 7 PTO days and 5 SIL days to cash at year-end.

  5. Carryover Option:
    Team members can carry over to a maximum of 7 PTO days (or the remaining days, if less than 7) into the following year.
    Carryover is valid until March 31, 2024, after which unused credits will be forfeited.

    Please note that Service Incentive Leaves (maximum of 5 days) CANNOT be carried over to the following year and will automatically be converted to cash by the year's end.
