DCX Team Member Performance Evaluation (for Clients)

DCX conducts quarterly performance evaluations for every team member. These evaluations are done by our DCX Team Leads as well as by our clients through our quarterly Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT).  This process helps us identify and celebrate our team members' strengths while also highlighting areas for improvement. By recognizing both aspects, we ensure our team is always evolving to exceed expectations.

DCX also recommends that clients consider including your DCX team members in your ongoing performance evaluation process.  Don't have one?  Consider developing a bi-annual review cadence for your DCX team. Through performance reviews, you can create a space for open feedback, identify opportunities for growth and advancement, as well as share feedback that can enhance job satisfaction and motivation.
